Now Generally Available: Build Your Own Visualizer, Powered by Housepaint AI
Organization Accounts are live. Launch a fully branded paint visualizer with your own paint color catalog, your own domain, a documented API, and a usage dashboard for your team — all self-serve.
We're announcing the general availability of Organization Accounts on Housepaint AI — the easiest way to put a state-of-the-art AI paint visualizer in front of your own customers, with your branding, your paint color catalog, and your domain.
Paint companies, retailers, distributors, contractors, design firms, real-estate platforms — if you have customers who need to see a color before they commit, you can now integrate the engine that powers our consumer app in days, not months.
We've spent the last year refining that engine: pixel-accurate feature detection, photorealistic repaints that preserve material texture, and lighting that adapts naturally. Organization Accounts bring it into your product, on your terms.
What's Included
Every Organization Account ships with the full platform on day one.
A Branded White-Label Visualizer
Each organization gets a hosted visualizer at housepaint.ai/v/your-brand that's fully your own:
- Upload your logo and set your brand color from the dashboard
- Write your own welcome message for first-time visitors
- Fully responsive — works on every phone, tablet, and laptop, with no app to install
End users go straight from photo upload to a finished AI repaint of their home in your colors. No account creation, no login walls, no friction.
Self-Serve Customizable Catalogs
Your paint color catalog belongs in your visualizer. Upload it as a CSV — name, code, hex — and it's live in seconds:
- Bring up to 10,000 colors per catalog
- Maintain multiple catalogs (e.g. "Premium 2026", "Exterior Pro") and activate or deactivate them at any time
- Mix with manufacturer catalogs — opt in to Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, PPG, Farrow & Ball, Valspar, or Dunn-Edwards alongside your own
When you update a catalog, the change is live in your visualizer immediately.
A Documented Partner API
Want to integrate the engine into your existing iOS, Android, or web app instead of (or in addition to) the hosted visualizer? Every organization can:
- Issue API keys (
hp_live_…) from the dashboard, with the full key shown once and only a hash stored on our side - Call
POST /api/partner/v1/analyzeto classify a photo and detect paintable features - Call
POST /api/partner/v1/repaintto generate a photorealistic repaint with your chosen colors - Read complete developer documentation inside the dashboard — request schemas, response shapes, error codes, quotas, and a working Node.js example
Both endpoints are bearer-token authenticated, JSON-in / JSON-out, and synchronous with typical latencies of 10–20 seconds.
A Team & Usage Dashboard
Run the platform with your whole team:
- Invite teammates with role-based access (
owner, admin, member) via copyable invite links - Track repaint usage in real time against your monthly plan
- Manage API keys — see when each was last used, revoke compromised keys in one click
Owners and admins can manage everything; members can view usage, catalogs, and the API docs.
Flexible Subscription Plans
Pricing scales with your traffic, not your team size:
- Pilot — a 60- to 90-day deployment to validate the engine on your brand and traffic
- Monthly subscriptions sized to your repaint volume
- Enterprise — custom commitments with dedicated support and capacity guarantees
Need more capacity mid-month? We add it without changing your renewal date.
Why We Built This
Generative AI is finally good enough to replace the "paint bucket" visualizers that have shipped with paint brand websites for fifteen years. But the integration cost has kept that capability out of reach for most teams — a credible visualizer used to mean a six- or seven-figure custom build, plus an ongoing infrastructure bill.
Organization Accounts collapse that into a self-serve workflow:
- Day one: create your org, upload your logo and paint color catalog, send the visualizer link to a colleague.
- Day two: invite the rest of your team, generate an API key, run a few test requests.
- Week one: link the visualizer from your homepage or product pages.
We've designed every surface — branding, catalogs, members, API keys, docs — to be approachable enough for a marketing lead and powerful enough for an engineering team.
What Stays the Same
A few things we deliberately didn't change:
- Your customers stay anonymous. White-label visualizer state lives in the visitor's browser. We don't ask end users for accounts or emails, and we don't store their photos on our side.
- You own the data. Generated images are returned to your application and never persisted on our infrastructure.
- The engine is the same. You're getting the same rendering pipeline that powers the consumer app — every improvement we ship lands in your visualizer automatically.
Get Started
If you want to see this live on your own brand — whether you're a paint manufacturer, a retailer, a contractor, a design firm, or any team whose customers benefit from previewing color before they commit:
We'll walk through the platform with your team, show you the engine on photos from your own library, and scope a pilot sized to your volume.
For partners already in pilot or production, you'll find the new dashboard at /orgs and the API documentation under the API Docs tab.
